No. Golfers can scan a QR code and order through their phone's browser. The ordering experience is designed to be quick and easy, even for first-time users.
Golfers check in at their course and can share their location. BirdieCall uses location-aware delivery information to help course staff coordinate a meeting point as the round progresses. Availability depends on location permissions and course operations.
Yes. The course sets its menu prices and keeps its menu sales. BirdieCall's model uses a separate service fee per order; the course remains responsible for applicable card-processing fees. Exact terms are agreed during onboarding.
No full POS replacement is required for the initial standalone BirdieCall workflow. We can discuss how to fit ordering and fulfillment into your existing operation. Deeper POS integrations are part of the product roadmap, not a prerequisite for a pilot.
